Non Linear Bags are fabric bags, totes backpacks in various styles, shapes and size, made by hand – my hands- one by one and using carefully hand picked fabrics. I use mostly cotton and cotton canvas. For some reticules, design demands something different, so I might go for silk, satin, lace, brocade…what have you.
I get immense enjoyment out of the whole process of planning them, creating them, and finally reaching out to others to showcase them. It was a huge personal step for me to create something to sell, and it has been one of the most positive experience so far.
Why Non Linear? Because Space, Time and ALL Women have curves – big curves, small curves, symmetrical curves, uneven curves …but curves nonetheless. So here comes the bags and purses that reflect the beautiful curves that can exist in even the most linear looking shapes.
